Sample Timelines

What a Package Can Look Like

Starting in 9th grade

Strategy calls once per semester through sophomore year (courses, activities, SAT timeline). Junior year adds monthly strategy, then weekly workshop blocks from summer through fall of senior year. Essay editing added as drafts exist.

Starting in 11th grade, spring

Workshop-heavy schedule from March through November: personal statement over summer, supplements in fall, recs and financial aid in parallel. Fewer strategy calls because the timeline is compressed.

Transfer student

School research, transfer essays, application assembly. Often 5 to 10 hours total depending on number of schools. Priced as a focused package, not a multi-year plan.

Never Locked In

Packages can be adjusted. If you only need workshop hours for two months, we change the scope. If the counselor match is wrong, we say so. Families should not pay for hours they will not use, whether here or in a large bundled program elsewhere.
